? Supervising the production , maintenance and workers efficiently.? Update production reports , Prepare production reports and send to managers ? Preparing and implementing maintenance plan for all machineries and coordinating with concerned supervisors and managers.? Supervising the maintenance work and ensuring preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize downtime.? Checking and controlling the inventory of raw materials, finished products and spare parts.? Making sure that safety rules are followed by his subordinates and providing them the required PPE and coordinating with safety officer.? Guiding and instructing workshop and maintenance employees for special tasks.? Calculating cost of maintenance for each job.? Follow up the maintenance & breakdowns job cards in the system and report the respective manager.? Coordinating with quality control department regarding the quality of raw materials and finished products? Checking mix design in system as per the quality control department instructions.? Supervising the welding team for general work.
