? Overall responsible for Estimation of Control & Relay panel, Maintenance of Electrical equipment?s, Petro chemical industry Electrical equipment?s and Testing and commissioning business up to 400KV system? Preparation of Bill of Materials to conform to Scope of Works as supplied by customers.? Responsible for Technical submittal from various Govt and non govt bodies.? Interact with Sales Team in understanding the customer requirements.? Preparation of BOQ of Control & Relay Panels and other Equipments in a substation as per scope of work and industrial knowage.? Preparation of RFQ to suppliers to get quotation for materials/ equipments/ solutions and complete the costing of panels.? Preparation of Technical Bid Proposal Documentation for the above engineered System Designs.? Preparation of Bid Technical Schedules. ? Preparation of Commercial Bid Proposal? Site visit to various location in order to understand customer requirements ? Responsible for submission of estimations for all the enquiries within the targeted time.? Support design team to verify the submission of drawings in line with estimation within the stipulated time.? Technical Support during procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning? Knowledge of drawing standards in Utility, Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.? Strong working knowledge of discipline specific design drafting skills, codes and standard practices in both mechanical and electrical works.? Extensive knowledge in preparing Equipment Layouts, Equipment and fabrication drawings,? Good field experience in identification of equipment on site. ? Responsible for Design Development / Re-design of Control &relay panel? Responsible for standardization of estimation template and support to optimize the designs. ? Knowledge Electrical Standards related to IEC / IEEE on Power Equipments.? Knowledge or participated in preparing estimate for tenders/projects such as substation equipments / Industrial applications. ? Knowledge in Power system Protection and Relay panels for various voltage levels for applications say in Electric utilities etc. ? Candidate with Gulf experience will be preferable.? Willing to drive four wheeler
