Job Description1. Job Purpose ? The main purpose of the Injection Machine Operator job is to ensure the efficient and timely production of sandwich panels that meet client requirements, and RSE?s targets in terms of production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage, and quality2. Principal Accountabilities? Accountable for Operation / programming of high-pressure injection machine and tale press. ? Manages preventive breakdown of Injection machine and table press. ? Accountable for rejection rework related to span of control.? Manages the timely production of sandwich panels as per RE's production plan? Responsible to manage team and assign tasks to achieve target/plan.? All activities related to span of control will be applied to foaming operator job profile. ? Oversees the production of sandwich panels that meet client design requirements and quality standards.? Ensures that sandwich panels production meets RE's established targets in terms of costs, defect rates and wastage.? Plans, directs and monitors the activities of the press and foam machines and any other activity directly related to the production of sandwich panels? Ensures the proper usage, calibration and maintenance of RSE?s factory equipment under his responsibility? Ensures the proper handling of the press machine, including installation of steel, foam, plastics and any other materials required for the production of sandwich panels as per client?s requirements? Is responsible for quality of finished product at his work station.? performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager. 3.Communications and Working Relationships ? Supports the Production supervisor on all matters related to the production of sandwich panels? Interacts with the Shelters Assembly Unit Head for the timely provision of sandwich panels? Interacts with foreman / team leader to maintain min stock of consumable related to span of control.
