Purpose of the role: Achieve the revenue target of assigned BR stores in their region, maintain and enhance the operations and ensure compliance to the pre-established Standards of Procedures.I. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Financial a. Revenue - Completely own the revenue targets for the group of assigned parlors and allocate the budgeted revenue and respective category targets to each parlors and team members on timeb. Productivity - Increase the productivity - revenue per parlor and revenue per steward by ensuring optimal and stretched staffing and increasing the AUV c. Stock Management - Ensure the ice cream stock is managed as per the company standards and there is zero negative stock variance at all timesd. Competition - Monitor competitors and their activities and provide timely updates / feedbacks to the team / management and work out a plan to retain and increase the market leadership of the area. Suggest to the leadership team on various initiatives that will increase the market leadership and execute the samee. Revenue Budget Tracking - Ensure robust parlor wise revenue targets MIS are maintained and give daily updates on the targets to ensure achievement of the budgeted targets f. Cost management ? analyze the expenses of each parlor across all expense heads and ensure optimal spent and increase the parlor profitability Customera. Treat our Guest with all respect at all times and our guest are constantly delighted with polite, respectful, friendly and effective service b. Ensure we increase the guest satisfaction scores and there are Zero guest complaints. If there are Guest complaints the same should be resolved in a positive manner that will not impact our great brand Internal Business Processa. Ensure all the set internal processes pertaining to Food Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene, SOPs, Tools and Equipment?s are followed and excelled at all times b. Responsible for monitoring the accurate reporting of all details pertaining to sales figures, category data, stock movement, petty cash related to parlorsc. To ensure the implementation of all the marketing and operations procedures in your area, as per the guidelines. People a. Set clear expectations and individual KPIs for the team. Ensure daily tracking of the revenue report with the parlors and employees that will ensure we are focused on sales at all timesb. Create constant talent pool from within the team, that includes identify the top talent, and work with the leadership team and HR to groom top talent to the next levelc. Coordinate with the Training team and ensure the team is trained continuously d. Ensure employee discipline is maintained e. Motivate the team and ensure good engagement levels of the team members that is driven by learning and contribution f. Ensure the team members are driven by integrity and there are no cases of pilferage or stock variance Other Initiatives a. As a parlor leader understand the business environment, competition and give recommendation that can be executed with the parlor leadership teamb. Come out with innovative methods of managing business, increasing revenue and reducing the cost
