Responsible for all planning activities of the Company.
Help in consolidating overall Company level planning document incorporating inputs from all department level plans.
Identify gaps in planning documents of each department and facilitate improvement and alignment between all departmental plans.
Coordinate with different departments and help them in their BSC reporting by providing required support
Coordinate with various departments for conducting BSC reviews as per the Management calendar.
Work with the ERP and IT Operations teams to automate reporting requirements.
Provide clear business requirements to the Application Services and IT Operations teams for report automation, modifications and business process implementations.
Follow up with the IT Department for on time implementation as required by the Company.
Work involves constant monitoring various data points relevant to the BSC measures & other parameters on a regular basis. Constantly interacts with all the departments. Suggests changes in processes after reviews.
Prioritization of Initiatives and allocation of Stratex in consultation with VP Support Operations and Finance Manager and other department heads
Review the process and owns the documents that are submitted by departments
Improve business process initiatives in Foods including various automation initiatives
