The Job description for this is given below:Applies Global Project Methodology (Global Project Methodology) and Process Engineering Work Process Discipline Identifies technical problems and appropriately engages the Business Technology Centre and Subject Matter Expert Network to find and implement value-added solutions Has a strong focus on Fundamental-driven solutions and provides value additions to Dows Technologies and Operations Has excellent coaching and mentoring and communication skills Ensures that the project scope is well defined and meets the business needs in a cost-effective manner. Ensures that the process design is inherently safe and meets other EH&S requirements. Ensures design deliverables for their discipline meet the needs of the project: functions as intended, on time and within budget Required Qualifications: 12+ years of relevant industry/subject matter experience ( in one or more of areas such as Heat Transfer, Process Separations, Fluid mechanics and Mixing, Process Development Modelling & Optimization, etc.) Hands-on operations problem-solving experience in the above subject matter areas Has excellent coaching and mentoring and communication skills Has experience leading teams
