This role involves deep involvement in the CRM, particularly in the accurate insertion and analysis of data, and providing insights to drive business growth and sales efficiency.ÿCRM Data Management and Analysis

  • Insert and validate all data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyse this data to gather insights into sales performance and customer engagement.
ÿSales Operations Analytics
  • Support the analysis of sales activities by identifying trends and areas for improvement.
ÿSales Excellence Contributions
  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of sales strategies, performance metrics, and document management processes.
ÿMarket Development Support
  • Assist in market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic market development initiatives.
ÿReporting and Communication
  • Prepare regular reports on CRM data, sales trends, and market analysis, communicating findings to the Business Analytics Manager and other stakeholders.
ÿRespect Health & Safety, Environmental policies
  • Understand, implement, and follow all the commercial and social responsibility polices and ensure the interests of the company are always maintained.
ÿSPAN OF Communication
  • Internal: Collaborate with the Business Analytics Manager, Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams, providing essential data insights and CRM support.
  • External: Occasionally engage with external data providers for comprehensive data gathering and validating.
ÿJob relevant information (BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY)
  • Boundaries: Works under the guidance of the Business Analytics Manager, focusing on CRM data and analytics within the sales and market development framework.
  • Decision-Making Authority: Authorized to make decisions regarding CRM data entry and analysis methodologies, while strategic and higher-level decisions are made in consultation with the Business Analytics Manager.
