Inbound Coordinator - Supply Chain MENA

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Support manager inbound and import in the development of processes that help achieve Order Fulfilment objectives and efficiently follow-up the product flow process in all related functions of planning, purchasing and shipping.Responsibility also includes the daily monitoring of all related functions of inbound shipping, clearing, forwarding and stock updates]in addition to the management & execution of order book for customers by coordinating/matching supply and demand within the supply chain and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time & in full.Key Responsibilities:Functional

• Accountable for accurate and timely inbound product flow management of adidas, different Fittings & Fixtures from factories, hubs & suppliers until stocks are booked.
• Responsible for continuous streamlining of Inbound process and adhere to standards, policies & controls.
• Coordinate the release of Themes & Campaigns with Marketing/Retail and ensure on time deliveries to the markets.
• Inbound master file, Preparation & ready goods Snapshots Creation.
• Drive projects to increase OTIF efficiency within MENA.
• Control and monitor Inbound Cost to ensure the highest level of governance, efficiency and potential savings.
• Inbound to Warehouse- Shipping Instruction from all Origins for Product and POS material.
• Customs Clearance - Prepare with full diligence all related documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, COO & Translated docs) for Inbound and Outbound shipments to ensure accurate payment of customs duties.
• Collaborating with SCM functions , understanding the forecasted volumes and priorities, organizing and motivating all Distribution Center Staff to achieve on time delivery of all customers? orders.
• Coordinating internally with Logistics Provider to ensure excellent warehouse management and on-time delivery.
• Preparing ad-hoc analysis, reports and new projects.
• Checking ATR?s and confirm with warehouse team inbound process.
• Responsible for updates on inbound master file accurately and on timely manner based on Pre/Shipments Advise, 3PL updates through system portal, BIZAGI alerts, Trade Card & GT Nexus, ILTI and custom operations milestones to facilitate in planning and analysis
• Measures forwarder?s performance on a regular basis and communicate to concerned parties for analysis and improvement recommendations
• Responsible for local/Global 3PL account management and coordination from volume allocation, formulation and maintenance of processes, policies, contracts and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Responsible for coordination with Global Logistics on projects, SOP, Contracts, SI and Volume/Container Allocation Forecast.
• Ensures that adidas is in compliance with all the local requirements for importation.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Logistics, Supply chain
• 2-4 years of overall work experience in Logistics with minimum two years in a managerial capacity.
