Job Description

Our Finance team brings together our financial perspectives into our overall strategic and tactical decision making. We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. This allows the organization to continue advancing medical innovation and improve lives. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing financial analysis and guidance to commercial leads and business units to ensure a maximum return on investment.
  • Participate in and support the financial planning processes by providing timely analysis to commercial leads.
  • Evaluates cluster and country financial results to ensure optimization of resources ? making trade-offs across the business to identify opportunities and ideas for ensuring the appropriate investments for maximized return.
  • Act as a business partner with commercial business units and leads to support optimal business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Support Center and to align and deliver local market finance and business objectives.
  • Performs special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting the company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Finance. Preferably working experience in Finance with experience in a multinational company or Pharma background in FP&A.
  • Strong business acumen and working knowledge of applications/business processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and under pressure.
  • Highly engaged, collaborative and a strong team player.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required.
  • Business-level English skills (speaking and writing) required.
