Company DescriptionInforma Markets Maritime portfolio consists of several industry leading international events that welcome over 30,000 attendees and over 800 suppliers annually. In addition, we have a Digital Delivery team for which this role is required delivering high quality campaigns on a global scale.As member of the Digital and Commercial Content team, the Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with marketing, content and product teams to ensure the planning and the timely fulfilment of deliverables.This is a key role that has responsibility for the delivery of digital services sold to clients.We are currently seeing a significant increase in the demand for our digital products, which we expect to continue. We are committed to growing our digital solutions and making it a substantial revenue generating part of the business, which offers added value to our clients throughout the year.Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team for the delivery of sold products (webinar, podcast, programmatic advertising) and ensuring everything is delivered correctly and timely
  • Manage the contracts and inventory and use project management tools to record and track all projects
  • Support the development, execution and analysis of digital marketing campaigns for our digital products
  • Work with editorial team to develop social media content and manage the social content calendar
  • Send timely, relevant communications through designated mix of channels and optimise the effectiveness of these channels
  • Support the marketing team with data selection and segmentation as well as data insights and performance KPIs
  • Assist the marketing team with administrative activitiessuch as invoicing, billing, customer accounts and other business critical miscellaneous need
  • Work with designers and creative agencies to deliver visually impactful and effective marketing materials such as Media Kits, banners and visuals
  • Analyse digital & social media data to provide strategic & actionable insights and optimise ROI
  • Maintain and optimise websites, build new pages and work with internal support teams to make advancements and maximise conversion from the sites, monitor traffic
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills in English
  • Willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and attention to quality and detail
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to see and focus on what has the biggest impact on audience growth, revenue and profitability
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people
  • Advanced experience with various systems including, but not limited to, MS Office, marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Eloqua, Google/Adobe Analytics).
  • Thorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing
  • Experience of managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite etc. And experience of social media listening and sentiment analysis
  • Experience with Data Management, Data Segmentation and Data Tools such as Eloqua or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience with Email Marketing software such as Eloqua
  • Experience with Content Management Software such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal or equivalent
  • Experience with Design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Experience in utilising advanced level spreadsheets, project management tools and presentation software such as Smartsheet, Asana etc.
  • Formal business/marketing higher education qualification.
