Job Description

Role purpose: To be the guard of excellent Sales thru Service Delivery (sales at the time of inbound calls at call center)Key accountabilities and decision ownership Engage with Sales teams (Sales thru service to end customers) in the VOIS operations in all markets VOIS operate and define a standardized roadmap? Ensure sales thru service roadmap is in line with VF Group Strategy? Create benchmarks for the operations enhancing the quality of sales operations? Manage VOIS Sales thru Service dashboard? Apply strategic and tactical actions to support increasing quality, profitability of sales operations? Turn sales analysis to sales improvement opportunities? Create operation & local market based detailed sales analysis creating clear roadmap for stakeholders? Pro-actively share understanding of customer?s requirements from across the organization to feed forward the sales excellence? Regular feed to sales stakeholders about performance improvement actions? Apply sales coaching to Quality Managers? Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate action plans are developed and delivered in line with the business? tactical requirements and needs in relation to operational performanceEnsure that Vodafone Local Market requirements are understood through operational awareness and effective Stakeholder Management? Develop and maintain the governance model for regular business reviews? Define and implement regular performance forums to facilitate their two way feedback and define operational improvement plans? Maintain and support performance against agreed operational measures? Utilize Vodafone Local Market relationships to drive desired behavior? Lead a reward program for the people to drive sales motivationCore competencies, knowledge and experience ? Putting Customers First? Performing Through Our People? Delivering Results? Managing In A Changing Environment? Making A Personal Difference? Communicating For ImpactMust have technical / professional qualifications: ? 5+ Years of work experience? Minimum of 2 years? experience in a manager role? Advanced knowledge of call centre industry? Excellent communication skill in English (German as a second language is highly preferred)? Proven ability in building and growing internal and external business relationships? Proven record of involvement in business critical projects experience? Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and ability to addresses concerns and facilitates two-way feedback? Strong commercial awareness and understanding of commercial business units? Excellent presentation, influencing and negotiation skills? Data aware and analytical capability to translate operational metrics into customer experience? Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills? Passion for creating value & sales to end customers? Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.? Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Access? Highly motivated self-starter who can drive changes with passion for Vodafone? Objective focused? Excellence mindset striving to exceed expectations?
