Diagnosing the bugs reported from the customer.
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Managing multiple cases at one time.
Testing and evaluating new technologies to compare it with our software
List all the clients requests and bugs in clear writing and report the pm and tech leads to get estimation and set deadline with customer to deliver it
Follow up with PM and Tech Lead to satisfy customer by delivering output before time
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Software, or a related discipline or the equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience implementing software and web development projects
Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle.
Proven expertise in leading e-commerce projects in an open-source framework
Demonstrated understanding of business analysis concepts.
Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Experience with iterative development and agile/scrum product owner role like story writing, backlog management.
Strong interpersonal skills including presenting, collaborating, and team building
Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and stress management skills.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
