  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the companys business goals.
  2. Identify, attract, and source qualified talent using a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
  3. Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on the companys career website, and track applicant progress.
  4. Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
  5. Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
  6. Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
  7. Negotiate and extend job offers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on talent acquisition trends and best practices.
  9. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.
  10. Develop and implement organizational development programs that support the companys strategic goals.
  11. Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Design and deliver training programs.
  13. Facilitate team-building exercises and other interventions.
