Responsible for revising, approving, and Modifying all technical issues of mechanical systems (HVAC, F.F, plumbing).
Revise and approve all project technical requirements and system specifications based on standards, industrial requirements, regulations, and project requirements.
Review and approve costing, technical offers, and all technical documents before submission.
Resolve all technical issues to fulfill project requirements.
Solve any technical issues required to fulfill the project delivery.
Investigate the cause of equipment and system failures and fix them.
Revise, modify, and approve the design modifications to ensure there will be no malfunctions in the system or in the machine.
Collaborate with the Operational team in the implementation of all Projects.
Attend coordination/ kick-off meetings as necessary.
Lead and develop the Engineering and proposal teams.
Maintains professional technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
Hire, develop, and maintain technical resources.
Provide technical support to the construction team when required.
