Develop, implement and monitor all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice.
Provide a comprehensive personnel advisory service to all company managers and staff to ensure that the company follows best practice in the management of its staff and to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Manage all the reporting and ensure the reliability of the data.
Keep records updated for staff that are on unpaid and maternity leaves; take the necessary actions when needed.
Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurance, Health Office)
Manage all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
Review the Employee social insurance regarding forms 1, 2 and 6
Organize, secure and maintain all files, records in accordance with policies and procedures archive and retains employee files as required by law.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of new hires, transfers, promotions and termination.
Issue contracts, deals with social insurance for new hires and also handles resignation or resigning employees.
Consult with supervisory staff and director as to apt personnel actions related to employees.
Maintain and update employee records consisting of benefit records, employment history records and existing employment status.
Follow up on Probation Period and Contract Renewals of employees.
