Job Description

Reports to:’’’ Chief AccountantCategory:’’’’’ FTEUnit / Division / Department / Section:’’’’’’ AccountsLocation - Egypt’JOB PURPOSEHandle daily operation with Banks through preparing & monitoring the Execution Cycle of various cash transactions, Handling cash needs, monitor cash levels ensure matching process with companys policy.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsibilities / Performance Measures

  • Analyse banking transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Daily Communication with banks when needed.
  • Ensure the authorized signatories are updated on the banks systems as per updates in the Company Commercial registrar.
  • Ensure that all bank transactions recorded & maintained on the system.
  • Prepare related reconciliation Monthly & Annually
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Monitor financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Review & record all cost of fund related to facilities accounts.
  • Record Letter of credit and guarantee and follow up regularly.
  • Write regular reports based on financial data showing incoming and outgoing figures and create detailed reports showing gains and losses.
  • Abide by companys policies and procedures.
