Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production to verify adherence to quality standards and identify defects or non-conformities against standards defined by the design team.

Responsible for accurate documentation during the assembly process.
Ensure all PPAP requirements are met --Production Part Approval Process.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Manage the tasks, priorities, and output of engineers and technicians including process, data collection, reporting of assembly quality and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to establish quality requirements and specifications for new products and processes.
Analyze quality data and trends and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements and corrective actions.
Lead or participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Develop and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and inspection reports.
Train and educate employees on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
Conduct supplier quality audits and work closely with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and improve supplier performance.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management systems.
