To complete our team, we are looking for a:??Technology for Learning Coordinator (TLC)??Full-time ? 29 Period(s)?Responsibilities??? Ensure that ICT resources and strategies are used dynamically to enhance and redefine learning through the use of technology??? Play the role of an integrationist within the primary team; Have a detailed understanding of the units and primary subject areas to be able to map information literacy/ research and technologies skills required to extend teacher skills.??? Offer appropriate training to staff on how to use ICT tools well and integrate technology into the classroom??? Ensure that curricular ICT-related learning objectives are up-to-date and explored actively to promote the vertical articulation??? Provide direct support to pedagogical teams and students in the implementation of information literacy, research and technology skills.??? Work with curriculum specialists to identify opportunities where integration will build student engagement.??? Assist Teachers to become independent and grow their own skills in the areas of Information literacy/ research and e-Learning technologies.??? Work with teachers during collaborative meetings, planning days, unit planning days and assessment planning to embed and improve effective research skills and digital technology.??? Lead formal and informal teacher development workshops to extend teacher skills.??? Support parents with various aspects of technology (e.g. digital citizenship, Google Suite, SeeSaw?) if necessary and requested.??? Meet regularly with ICT Services to ensure the quality of support for technical issues relevant to pedagogy.??? Collaborate with the relevant campus or school committee and/or management team on ICT Professional Development.??? Create and maintain the various students? accounts and coordinate with ICT department subscriptions for online sites (SeeSaw, Mathletics, inCAS, RAZ kids?)
