  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : a-Administration and Maintenance of Oracle Infra solution SBC,ECB,EOM,SDM b-Work directly with Security and Telecommunications and Data Services Divisions to deploy Oracle Session Border Controller SBC solutions c-Managing Oracle Infra SBC,ECB,EOM,SDM including operational troubleshooting d-Provide L3 / L4 support for operational activities e-Vendor management for resolving major production issues f-Handling day to day Incidents and Service requests
    • Technical Experience : a-Expert experience with Oracle Session Border Controllers 5 years minimum b-Experienced with performing root cause analysis, risk identification, and risk mitigationa-Sound technical knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Infra SBC 4600, 3900,1100,ECB,EOM,SDM c-Testing of Oracle SBC, SIP to Integrated Access Devices IADs, and SIP to PBX technologies d-Implementation and maintenance of the Oracle Infra d-well versed with SIP H323 protocols
    • Professional Attributes : a-Good communication skill to articulate views/thoughts with team and partners or customers without any gap b- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, problem solving, and an ability to learn quickly
    • Educational Qualification : a-Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
    • Additional Information : a-Oracle Communications Session Border Controller Implementation Essentials certification
