  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : a Managing NNMi/NPS/NA tools i b: develop dashboards in NNMi c: Configure parameter and thresholds based on Customer request d: Create reports for devices monitored through NNMi/NPS e: Support other monitoring tools like site scope/OMi and Ops-Connector OOB and SNMP traps integrations which will be there along with NNMi f: support Mywizard/splunk tools which also will be there along with NNMi g: Assist in technical feasibility analysis
    • Technical Experience : MF/HPE tools like OMi, SiteScope, NNMi, Ops-Connector b: Good to have scripting experience c: Good to have Splunk knowledge and experience d: Ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors and manage highly profile escalation calls,
    • Professional Attributes : a-Good communication skill to articulate views/thoughts with team and partners or customers without any gap b- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, problem solving, and an ability to learn quickly
    • Educational Qualification : BE, B Tech, MTech Computer Science degrees
