With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).Nokia is a leader in vRAN solution working towards O-RAN compliant solutions. The Cloud RAN architecture team works on E2E cloud RAN solution definition as well as on the detailed architecture specifications of CU and DU network components. We work on CU/vDU CNF architecture for service resilience, scalability, lifecycle management, networking connectivity, capacity, and performance. On E2E level we work on radio site solutions, O-RAN compliance esp. on the fronthaul, HW/data center solution, slicing etc.What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:

  • Responsible for the pipeline and efficiency of Architecture team working on Cloud RAN solution
  • Have ownership of backlog items and Area commitments within own Area to secure delivery ofe2e integrated features
  • Use Program content & schedule,prioritized product backlog to plan the delivery of A&S deliverables with the available/projected resources
  • MaintainBacklog for the deliverables in the scope of the Area
  • Track deliverables and take risk mitigation actions where needed
  • Drive improvement actions on deliverables quality and way of working issues
  • Represent cloud RAN architecture teams in Programe and Product management meetings (global role)
Your skills and experience
  • Work experiencein project management and/or resource management
  • Work experience in 3G/4G/5G RAN projects preferred, not mandatory
  • Ability to work flexibility in multi-culture environment with diverse geographically located teams
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
