A leading Automotive industry in Saida is seeking to hire an experienced Warehouse Manager:Main Duties:

Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt of goods
Ensure conformity of products with packing list / initial order
Manage, Oversee, supervise and participate in storeroom operations
Check with staff for changes that could affect delivery schedule; make schedule adjustments as needed;
Ensure that the delivery process is being followed (on time delivery, conformity of delivered product?.)
Maximize quality of service by minimizing faults and limiting returns.
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
Implement and monitor safe work practices and adhere to safety measurements put in place thus ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment and staff.
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO procedures
Conduct on the ground audit for overall organization of the warehouse
keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
