Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join the company and help it grow regionally. We specialize in booking discounted flights on Business Class, First Class and Economy.You will manage travel requirements for clients, act as a consultant and provide different flight options to meet their requests.You will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the world as long as you maintain your work hours and achieve your tasks.There are days where the work load will require additional hours during the day. Your responsibilities shall entail the below

  • Receive flight requests and contacts clients to determine travel needs, budgets, preferences. Conduct thorough research to find the most suitable flights
  • Advises clients regarding the best suitable flights
  • Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings
  • Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
