Job Description

We are hiring a travel agent for a ticketing department to handle ticketing procedures and assist clients in gathering all necessary information about travel and ticketing reservation.Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a travel agency using: Amadeus, Saber, and Worldspan.
  • Degree in travel and tourism.
  • Communication skills: Team player, Teamwork, customer care, and customer service.
  • Industry knowledge: Iata Rules, airline Portales, and refunds.
