Job Description

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the shops & prepare
  • monthly/weekly training schedules.
  • Train shops on company policies, operating procedures & customer service
  • protocols
  • Prioritize the areas that require improvement
  • Track improvement & progress expected after the trainings and report the
  • key findings and suggestions to the operations team
  • Maintain the database of all trained shops? employees
  • Design and create training manuals
  • Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve
  • operating procedures
  • Ensuring that all our technical solutions in the shop work properly (tablets,
  • desktops, etc.)
