Job Description

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and partnerships.
  • Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients to showcase the company?s offerings.
Sales and Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare financial projections, budgets, and forecasts related to business development activities.
