Duties and Objectives:?Business Development:

Assist in managing the process of establishing routes to the Lebanese market and help in identifying suitable and competent distributor/agent network
Follow up process of individual customer product qualification (full cycle) till products are approved at the customer

?Sales Management:

?Develop and Manage key new accounts in Lebanon to secure sales objectives are met

Technical Service:

Participate in marketing and promotion activities including fairs ; symposiums etc..
Provide TS to customers when needed
Manage Claims resolution with the assistance of the plants? technical teams
Support the Lab Manager in upgrading and developing its QC and technical service lab
Resolve technical complaint at customers
