A reputable company located inBeirutis seeking to recruit a Technical Engineering Coordinator.Main Duties:

Implement the standards set in the company?s operations manual.
Review clients? feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to technical engineering manager.
Update MSDS and Labels files in all vehicles.
Handle efficient filing and electronic archiving systems.
Update and follow up on the sanitation and proofing recommendations? list delivered to clients.
Cooperate with all the units of the operations to improve the quality output of the operations.
Prepare the call backs analysis on weekly basis.
Assist the Technical Engineering Manager in the preparation of suitable training materials.
Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow-up action by the Technical Manager.
Prepare service reports and other technical reports and send them to clients within predefined deadlines.
Prepare audit files and documents of audited clients and keep them updated.
Coordinate, advise and follow up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
Represent the company in exhibitions, forums, and other events.
