We are looking to hire a Stock Control Manager in Beirut.Some Duties:

Responsible for managing storekeepers of various branches as well as ensure the inventory process runs smoothly and efficiently
Manage and Coordinate the inventory and stock processes of all branches
Maintain warehouse storing and keeping of units
Review branches stock reports and ensure that the stock level is updated and precise
Prepare inventory reports that act as references for purchase orders
Prepare yearly stock and inventory reports to be presented to the management
Investigate physical count of inventories to check non-conformities
Plan and Analyze Space Optimization of inventory
Investigate for breaches that may arise from daily transactions
Liaise with accounting to adjust inventory related budgets
Liaise with Purchasing department to make sure needed good are ordered and delivered on time
Liaise with Quality Manager to ensure ISO is well implemented
Ensuring quality objectives are met
Planning future capacity requirements
Producing regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Briefing team supervisors on a daily basis
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
Coordinate between our different branches in Lebanon.
