Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon, will reopen its doors after two years to embrace the community where it operates with the glaring luxury it represents.Responsibilities: ? Provide quality customer service at all times.? Administer professional massage and body treatments to guests in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices and ensures uniformity and consistency of the service.? Monitor clients? progress and adapts treatment programs as needed.? Is familiar with numerous massage modalities, and possesses a general understanding of body treatments.? Effectively inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns.? Is up to date with market trends.? Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered in the Spa.? Actively promote the Spa, treatments and services as well as programs, promotions and discounts available.? Ensure that work areas and stations are clean and well presented at the end of every shift and after servicing each client.? Maintain equipment and inventory of products required for treatments in the treatment rooms at all times.Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution? 2 to 4 years? experience in similar roles in luxury institutions? Must have solid English communication skills? able to provide non-judgmental and empathic emotional support to customers while maintaining safe and appropriate boundaries
