Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and care. You will also be responsible for managing a team of spa professionals and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client bookings.
  2. Ensure that the spa maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues.
  4. Train and mentor spa staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the services offered and able to provide the highest level of service.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of spa staff and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong leadership and management abilities.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
