Software Developer-Team Leader

Participate in technical meetings with clients
Participate in analysis of requirements
Discuss specifications and requirements of the software product with system analysts and with the project manager
Co-operate with project manager on implementation phases and plans
Suggest technologies to be used in developing the software solution
Help project manager schedule project implementation
Make sure that the work done meets the requirements and the contract terms
Quality control the project
Assign work to the developers (including quality)
Record tasks in daily worksheets
Make plans for implementation of the solution at the client site
Responsible for the documents related to the project
Keep a log of bugs and solutions (version release notes)
Evaluate Developers and report to sub department manager
Understand existing projects
Understand specifications documents
Develop requested modifications on existing products
Develop new modules on products
Improve accessibility in content management
Conduct code optimization and testing
Fix bugs
Train beginner developers
Assign work to other developers and follow up on it
