Job Description

An aluminum contracting company based in Beirut is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to manage various commercial and residential projects. Candidate must be capable of running multiple projects simultaneously. This person must be a problem-solver, have exceptional communication skills, an understanding of budgets, organizational skills, and a firm grasp of construction processes. Candidate should have experience in Aluminum, Facade, Glazing, Cladding, Curtain wall installation for commercial and residential buildings.?Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage assigned projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare or review engineering calculations and execute detailed designs.
  • Review architectural and shop drawings, contract specifications, and samples.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Manage the team members and or individuals on site, and day-to-day activity of the assigned projects.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules.
  • Track all costs associated with the projects and maintain budgets
  • Issue purchase orders and schedule material procurement.
  • Track price changes in the scope of work and submit change orders.
  • Resolve installation or design issues.
  • Communicate with the client any potential concerns or project delays.
