Amaken is looking to recruit a female showroom manager for Manufacturers & retailers of luxury home furniture, lighting & accessories, based in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.Requirements:1- Achieve showroom weekly, monthly and yearly target.2- Review daily sales to assess performance and market situation.3- Direct and control the Retail staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.4- Conduct training to staff on sales techniques, cross selling, customer service, Visual merchandise maintenance, introducing promotions, handling objections, etc.5- Support the team in taking the right decisions on all daily activities.6- Develop weekly team attendance for all showroom staff.7- Maintain close relationship with important clients.8- Monitor & close internal tickets with other departments, and their escalation.9- Maintain proper implementation of the approved merchandising standards.10- Ensure zero stock variance inside showroom.11- Ensure that the preparations for the seasonal activities and promotions are done ahead of time (communication & regular meetings for implementation)
