Coach Software Developers and provide them the right support when needed, and enforce basic coding standards (like no hard coding), in order for that level to know quickly and apply the coding standards and to output their product coherent with others code.
Develop deployment packages ready to be installed without any problem at the client?s site.
Provide the right support to the clients, answer all their queries, and perform troubleshooting activities (recreate steps taken by the user to locate sources of problems) within area of specialty in order to correct all the problems and keep the clients satisfied.
