Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on one or more projects simultaneously
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
  • Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Support test and deployment of new products and features
  • Provide the client with expertise in one or more areas (software architecture, technical expertise)
  • Work with the project manager
  • Lead client missions
  • To be a reference in his field of expertise for all consultants and managers
  • Run internal trainings
  • Ongoing pursuit of knowledge and build more expertise
  • Participate in the recruitment and co-opt future employees
  • Advise and lead teams
  • Apply methodologies adapted to client expectations
Qualification
  • Bachelor?s Degree in a related field
  • Presentation skills
  • +7 years of experience in software development.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Professional level in English/French
  • Time management / Estimation
  • Project Management experience (tools, methodologies)
  • Team Management approach
  • Flexible to travel for business projects
  • Based in Lebanon
  • Ability to travel
