Job Description

Our client is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.?They are interested in onboarding a Senior RF Engineer in their offices in Beirut, Lebanon.

  • Professional skills:
  1. ?Proficiency in using Huawei RF tools Probe, Assistant, U2020, and PRS.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
Excellent Skills in MS Office
  • Professional knowledge:
  1. Excellent understanding of UMTS & LTE protocols.
  2. Experience in Performance and KPI management.
  3. Strong knowledge of Huawei UMTS & LTE Performance Counters and KPIs formula.
  4. Strong experience in Troubleshooting for degradation on the performance of the network.
  5. Experienced in Rollout Project (New Sites, New Layer & Expansions) in term of Field Optimization and Single Site Drive Test Acceptance.
  6. Excellent experience in the understanding, tuning and Optimization of UMTS & LTE Parameters and Features.
Strong knowledge in GSM, UMTS and LTE planning?
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Leading RF Team in a Rollout Project and guarantee achieving DT & OSS KPI acceptance target.
  2. Perform RF Optimization including parametric Optimization and physical changes for Coverage & KPI performance improvement.
  3. Troubleshooting for degradation on the performance of the network.
  4. Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring and analysis for Network KPIs, and take immediate action in case of any abnormality.
  5. End-user / VIP customer problem investigation.
  6. Performing periodical consistency check to ensure right configuration for network Parameters and proper load balancing.
