Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Senior Procurement Officer in Beirut to be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with trade partners in Local markets to meet bidding and procurement requirements. He/she will be analyzing information and executing contracts for optimal value and trade performance. To be able to join immediately.

  • Source suppliers to get quotations
  • Stock planning (compare types and history for more efficient)
  • Negotiate prices and quality to best meet requirements
  • Coordinate with branches on requests for goods and software
  • Compare invoices with requests to ensure they are accurate and correct
  • Ensure payments are executed on time ? Coordinate with the Accounting department
  • Supervise and coach purchasing assistant
