Job Description

We are in search for a Senior Operations Officer to join our team in Lebanon; Previous experience in the insurance field is NOT a requirement.

  • Duties and Responsibilities :
  1. Supervise/oversee the full operations cycle and efficiently close all related loops.
  2. Prepare/oversee diverse quotations in a timely manner to support the Operations & Sales/Business development.
  3. Control/oversee the Office? correspondence, documents, and administrative tasks.
  4. Handle/Follow-up the claims process, provide timely reporting, and achieve high customer satisfaction.
