We are looking for a Senior Designer to produce and oversee digital and to establish creative solutions to address our marketing needs.To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging.Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.Duties:-Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic, and/or illustrative material, to include multimedia and info graphics concepts.-Works with clients to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.?-Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image.-Plans production schedules for the various steps in the design process; participates in production and/or marketing planning group sessions and meetings.-Identifies, selects, and coordinates vendors for printing and publication services, as appropriate to the project; may write and process requests for proposals for printing requisitions.-May create and produce animated videos and animated portions of live videos using computers and video production equipment.-Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met-Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects-Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing-Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations-Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.-Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery-Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
