Job description-Designing and implementing an efficient recruiting strategy to get interested candidates on board.-Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc-Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions in the company and for our active projects.-Editing submitted reports by providing quality input and following up the guidelines of every project.Female candidates with experience in recruiting and HR is needed for both vacancies
