Visit assigned auto parts shops and repair garages regularly to maintain relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any concerns or product inquiries. Sales & Order Management.
Present and sell auto parts, including brake pads, shock absorbers, radiators, and suspension parts.
Take orders and relay them to the warehouse team for processing.
Monitor customer buying patterns and suggest reorders or alternative products when necessary.
Stay up to date on product specifications and industry trends.
Educate customers on new or slow?moving products and offer promotional deals.
Address any concerns related to product quality or past experiences (e.g., Mando Brake Pads).
Plan and optimize daily sales visits to cover designated areas efficiently.
Ensure all existing customers are served while looking for new business opportunities.
Report sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities to management.
Track outstanding payments and assist in collections when needed.
