Were looking for a superb Travel Agent to join the company and help it grow regionally. We specialize in booking discounted flights on Business Class, First Class and Economy.You will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the world as long as you maintain your work hours and achieve your tasks on hand.Your responsibilities shall entail the below- Receive quotations by Email and WhatsApp and document the progress of each request- Conduct thorough Back-end research to find the most suitable flights- Communicate with the sales people the most suitable flights available and costs- Answer to client calls and email requests regarding flight enquiries and prices- Send invoices, receipts and follows up on payments.- Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings- Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
