Greet and welcome showroom clients
Prepare quotations
Develop and maintain sales material and thorough product knowledge
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Guide potential and existing customers to determine and fulfill their purchase needs
Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth sales process
Negotiate a sales deal and close it
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Enter data related to clients and sales offers and other on the system regularly
Coordinate with every site?s responsible party on all technical data regarding every client?s reserved appliances
Identify and resolve client concerns
Coordinate with the customer care department for problem solving and a positive finalization of every file
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, & follow-up, and submit to the sales manager
Prepare presentations about products upon management request
Follow up for money collection
Have training sessions to strengthen sales techniques
