? Increase sales volume by sourcing new clients, generating and qualifying leads? Prepare and develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, negotiating contracts, and close deals? Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients? Make sure that all legal documents related to the clients are properly filed in the related customer file? Ensure that the company sales target and personal sales targets and objectives are met? Ensure payments are collected on time? Ensure the resolution of customer problems and complaints? Manage customer relations: communication, follow-ups, and problem solving? Ensure that the client is regularly supplied with gas and monitor the frequency of gas demand? Intervene without delay in case of any changes happening on the client level such as: change of outlet ownership, change of client status, etc.?? Understand customer needs and develop positive working relationships along with a clear understanding of the customer database? Keep self and management informed of market needs and trends and monitor competition by gathering information on pricing and services
