Job Description

  • Develop and execute?sales strategies through effective planning,?analyzing data, and setting KPIs.
  • Manage up to 20 sales agents. Monitor and control performance using appropriate reports and tracking systems.
  • Handle escalation of inbound and outbound calls. Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries to deal with daily issues.
  • Act as a focal point to explain new work?s policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Conduct training.?Get involved in employees hiring and termination processes.
  • Suggest new services and system improvements to increase department productivity and to make sure that the sales?activities are all running smoothly.
