Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company?s client base.
  • Oversee the prospecting and lead generation process.
  • Ensure that sales visits, client meetings, and follow-ups are conducted efficiently.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Branch Manager to optimize sales approaches.
  • Conduct joint visits with sales executives to ensure quality service and relationship building.
  • Develop strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and approve quotations, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
  • Oversee and ensure proper credit application processes before processing shipments.
  • Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure proper coordination between sales, customer service, and the collection department.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
