Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company?s client base.
Oversee the prospecting and lead generation process.
Ensure that sales visits, client meetings, and follow-ups are conducted efficiently.
Maintain and update sales reports, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and Branch Manager to optimize sales approaches.
Conduct joint visits with sales executives to ensure quality service and relationship building.
Develop strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and approve quotations, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
Oversee and ensure proper credit application processes before processing shipments.
Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ensure proper coordination between sales, customer service, and the collection department.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
