Job Description

Job Summary:The sales executive is responsible to ensure customers know someone?s available to help if they need anything from answering product questions to showing them a product that meets their needs. The sales representative is responsible for maintaining the store?s cleanliness and organized appearance, restocking items, and of course managing sales.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
  • Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items and provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing...)
  • Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Cross-sell products, upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Keep the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts.
  • Handle customer complains in a calm and professional manner.
  • Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor.
  • Provide customer feedback to the assigned supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
