The Marketing and Sales Representative main job is to promote our Commercial and Residential projects in Beirut.Must become recognized as best in class: Best furnished apartment and best retail destination.Responsibilities:- Create and implement marketing strategies to lease vacant spaces (Residential and retail)- Use multiple sales channels to achieve results: Online marketing, OTA, direct sales,?-Need to bring constant attention to the projects via social media and special events (summers, in between season with Students, Winters Christmas events etc?)-Generate strong brand recognition by creating and implementing a strong marketing plan-Identify and work with best 3rd party marketing and design companies.-Must have sales initiative, to go and get residential tenants for both projects (Businesses, Students, Embassies) retail tenants for the restaurants (Students, schools, etc?)-Must drive in new and additional traffic to projects in all segments- Provide market analysis and updates to management on weekly basis
