Basic Outlet Stores is currently hiring:Sales AssociateCashiersAssistant ManagerShop ManagerSales AssociateProvide exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure that sales associates are trained to do the same.ÿSet and achieve sales targets for the store and motivate team members to meet and exceed these targets.Trains store employees and assists them in operations where needed to ensure smooth workflows.ÿEnsures compliance of employees with established company and in-store policies and procedures.Reassigns staff to different sections of the store as needed.ÿÿMonitors the cleanliness of the store and takes prompt action in case facility maintenance is needed.ÿÿHandles escalated customer complaints and inquiries.ÿÿDevelop and execute merchandising and visual display strategies to ensure that products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.ÿÿMonitor inventory levels and work with store management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.ÿCashiersGreets customers on sales floor, determines their needs, and guides them to the appropriate section within the store.ÿÿRecommends merchandise to customers based on their needs.ÿÿAssists customers by obtaining alternate sizes from a Sales Associate for them to try on.ÿCounts the number of items a client is taking into the fitting room and ensures the number is accurate when a client exists.ÿÿFolds and arranges merchandise that clients leave behind in the fitting room.ÿVerifies that alarm tags are still attached to merchandise before sending the items back to the showroom for display.ÿChecks fitting rooms for any personal items when a client exists and gives any items found to the Store Manager.ÿMaintains the visual display within the assigned store section based on the predefined presentation standards and guidelines.ÿCounts cash before the shift starts and after it ends to verify accuracy of cash in the register.ÿÿOperates the cash register and collects payments from customers.ÿVerifies that RFID tags match barcodes while processing sold items.ÿRemoves alarm tags from merchandise before bagging items.ÿProcesses refunds, returns, and exchanges with prior approval from a supervisor.ÿAssists in the receipt of merchandise shipments, unpacking, and distribution throughout the store.ÿReports customer complaints to a supervisor for handling
